Anita Jean

Bianca Alice Walker
Bianca works in publishing and self-published her novel Life, Heavy Sigh in 2012. She manages Margins online and blogs about her own philosophies on her On Being blog.

Ed Mayhew

Emily Parsons
Raised in Tanzania, Emily came to London to study creative writing at Roehampton University where she was a winner of the annual university writing competition in 2013 and 2014 and had her story published by Fitcham Press.

Hannah Rowe
Hannah is an English and Creative Writing graduate currently interning with various book festivals. She writes about films for The Damaris Trust and blogs about life and books here.

Iain Drummond
As a School Librarian, Iain loves to discover new books, and recently has enjoyed a lot of young adult fiction. In the past, Iain has worked in the visual arts, but since creating a collage series of postcards and stories called ‘Find Brother’, he has been discovering how exciting (and frustrating) it can be to work with words.

Kate Mounce
Kate is a physical theatre performer, poet and singer songwriter living in East London. She is currently the writer for magician Philipp Oberlohr’s new show The Game, staged at The Yard in March 2014.

Kate Poulton
Kate is working as an Apprentice at her Church and is completing an MA Writer/Teacher at Goldsmiths in London. She is currently writing a novel based on her experiences as a secondary school teacher and keeps a blog about life in Shepherd’s Bush. Read more of her writing here.

Matthew Friett
Matt is a Primary School teacher currently working in London, with a passion for art, writing and amateur theatre. As well as writing prose, Matt writes songs and can occasionally be found gigging around his local pub scene. Find him here.

Ella Dickinson — Margins Photographer
Ella completed her Masters in Photojournalism at The University of Westminster in September 2013 after studying at The School of Oriental and African Studies for 3 years. She is currently working as a freelance documentary photographer in London and welcomes commissioned work.

Piero Regnante — Margins Designer
Piero is a talented Graphic Arts graduate from the Winchester School of Art, currently working as a Junior Graphic Designer and freelancer on various exciting projects, all of which you can view on his website.
